For courses, you’ll be granted access via a login to our learning portal, where you can start immediately.
For digital products (eBooks, templates, software, etc.), download links will be provided right after purchase. These will be sent to your registered email or available in your account on our website.

2. Delivery Time

Courses: Instant access upon successful payment.
Digital Products: Available for download immediately after purchase. You’ll receive an email with a download link, or you can access it directly from your account page.

3. Access Availability

Once you’ve received access or a download link, the product will be available indefinitely unless otherwise stated (e.g., for time-limited products or subscriptions).
If the course or product is subscription-based, access will remain active until the subscription period ends.

4. Technical Support

If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading your products, our support team is available to assist you. Contact us via our support page or email.
For courses, support may also include technical issues with the course platform itself, and we’ll work with you to resolve them as quickly as possible.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are delivered online, there are no shipping fees, and no physical items are sent out.
If you are purchasing a product that traditionally involves shipping (like a printed workbook), that will be made clear, and additional charges for physical shipping may apply.
